             Tales with a Theraputic Twist
Performances and Workshops for Conferences

We offer

Storytelling performances
for conference or event entertainment – an hour of stories on a therapeutic theme.

Performed by
Steve Killick & Mark Rivett

Participants at your conference will enjoy an ‘end of day’ or evening performance by two accomplished storytellers – ‘Tales with a Therapeutic Twist’  is a show specifically designed for conferences with a therapeutic theme.  The stories are entertaining but also reveal aspects of the therapeutic relationship, in surprising and sometimes humorous ways.

We can also create unique shows that might follow the theme of the event.    We can also offer workshops on a number of themes including using stories in therapy.  Please contact us to get more details.

"The workshop and evening stories in the bar were the highlight of the conference."

Dr Shelagh Wright, participant at the Association of Family Therapy National Conference, Manchester.

"Steven Killick and Mark Rivett hosted a simply spell-binding story telling wine reception for our annual conference at the University of Leeds Conference, 2007. Over one hundred of our members were captivated by Steven and Mark's ability to weave sound effects, metaphor and dream-like wish-fulfillment into tales of magical lands and peoples' journeys. Everyone enjoyed it.

Dr Paula Corredor Lopez
Conference and CPD co-ordinator, Child and Young People Faculty, Division of Clinical Psychology, British Psychological Society.
